Overview: Our goal was to create an espresso with balance and complexity through the skills of sourcing, blending, and roasting. This new-wave classico espresso has notes of dark cherry, brown sugar, caramel, chocolate and with subtle nuances of soft florals. It has a velvety-smooth texture across the entire mouthfeel, with an emphasis on sweetness, body and a slight drying on the finish.
