Espresso Classico


Overview: Our goal was to create an espresso with balance and complexity through the skills of sourcing, blending, and roasting. This new-wave classico espresso has notes of dark cherry, brown sugar, caramel, chocolate and with subtle nuances of soft florals. It has a velvety-smooth texture across the entire mouthfeel, with an emphasis on sweetness, body and a slight drying on the finish.

Doin' Fine Espresso

Grower: Janson Coffee Farm

Variety: Castillo, Mundo Nuovo, Geisha

Overview: Part of this coffee comes from the Southern part of Minas Gerais, one of the largest growing regions of coffee in Brazil. This region has a mix of small and larger farmers all focused on quality coffee. Part two comes from Volcan, Panama on the N.W. side of the Baru Volcano.
This Goldenbean Bronze medal winner 2019 in the milk based category when mixed with milk reminds you of a strawberry milkshake.
