This specific lot is known as Carmen Gran Reserva, produced by Carmen Estate Coffees under the Panama Red Carmen Café Trading label. This lot was washed process, harvested in February 2023. The coffee is characterized by its uniform red cherries picking, followed by depulping and drying in mechanical dryers. The processing involves a combination of machine and hand selection, resulting in a delightful flavor profile.
